Introduction: The sources sought notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The VA is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced and interested potential sources. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be incurred by interested parties in responding to the sources sought announcement. The NAICS code for this procurement is 518210, Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services (Application Hosting) and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is $35,000,000.00. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is seeking interested sources (contractors) for a SaaS Survey Platform that will be used by VHA to create customized and standardized surveys to collect data and develop reports for learning and workforce related measurement activities such as evaluations and needs assessments. The contractor will provide the VA Human Capital Management (HCM) Program Office with access to the online software system. The contractor will not be responsible for developing survey questions, distributing surveys to participants, analyzing data outside of the standard functions of the software, or conducting evaluations. At this time, no solicitation exists. Therefore, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. II. Submittal Information: Responses are due no later than 1:00 PM EST November 20, 2020. Responses shall be limited to 10 pages, 12-point font minimum. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Responses shall be sent to Erich Hoffman at Erich.Hoffman@va.gov . Questions or comments regarding the RFI are due no later than 1:00 PM EST November 18, 2020. Responses shall provide administrative information, and shall include the following as a minimum: Company Name, DUNs number, Company mailing address, phone number, name of designated point of contact and e-mail of designated point of contact.
