Pre-solicitation Notice CLINICAL HEALTHCARE POINT OF CARE KNOWLEDGE PRODUCTS Solicitation Number: 36C77620R0021 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting proposals via full and open competition and subsequently awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract. The scope of the procurement includes providing the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), an existing commercial off the shelf web based, Clinical Healthcare Point of Care Knowledge Product that will be made available throughout the Department of Veterans Affairs. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15. The solicitation will be full and open competition. The NAICS code for this procurement is 511120 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is 1000 employees. The solicitation will be issued for 7 calendar days. This notice is not a request for competitive offers. All questions must be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email at sharif.ra-el@va.gov and Adeitra.jimmison@va.gov. Telephone calls will not be accepted. The VA reserves the right to use only beta.sam.gov, Contracting Opportunities, via the internet, to provide notification of any amendments to this notice and the subsequent solicitation. It is the contractor s responsibility to view beta.sam.gov, Contracting Opportunities, daily for any amendments to this notice and the solicitation. The VA estimates that the solicitation and related amendments will be posted on beta.sam.gov around 09/04/2020. Any responsible Small Business may submit an offer upon release of the solicitation.
