Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central, Saint Louis, MO intends to solicit quotes from contractors to provide Box.com Subscription Services. The anticipated period of performance will begin September 7, 2020 through September 6, 2021 with one (1) potential option year. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about August 17, 2020. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and in the VetBiz database if applicable (VetBiz registration is required for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Businesses) under the applicable NAICS. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov and Vet Biz information at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database. Registration is free and potential quoters are encouraged to visit the SAM website as no contracts can be awarded to any quoter not registered in SAM. NAICS Code is 541990 (All other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services) with a Small Business Size Standard of $30m. The classification code is D317. The solicitation will be issued as a set-aside to service-disabled veteran owned small businesses (SDVOSB). All responsible sources may submit quotes to be considered by the Agency. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for quote. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice.
