Sources Sought Notice Cloud Streaming and Media Services The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and other resources required to provide a cloud-based management portal and streaming services designed to receive and process 24x7 real-time HD streaming video programming, as well as receive ad hoc live event programming, originating from VA-managed media centers. The contractor shall then centrally repackage and route scalable video output streams to a variety of VA-managed endpoints of web streaming providers and social media sites.
