Will you require simultaneous live records yes , scheduled records with the VAKN workflow fluidity we don t do any automated scheduled records if that was the question and secondary records (a record tied to a live event) yes there are secondary records ? 3. Will you have a dedicated LAN for this? No this will be on the VA OI&T network , which will require meeting all OI&T network requirements. 4. Is there a Cache involved? No cache per se , there is an LTO library for long term archive, managed by Dalet. How will media be transferred to the cache? 5. Will there ever be a time when you will broadcast with no operator management? Yes, weekends and holidays master control is solely automated . monitored for issues but no operator onsite. 6. There is no virtual requirement in the PWS, since the system is controlling on premise equipment. 10, What audio mixer functionality are you looking for and what protocols will need to be supported? Master control doesn t not have a audio mixer per se, there is an Linear Acoustic ARC unit for each channel, for program audio level/processing.
