The NCO 15 Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) Contracting Office is conducting market research via a Request for Information/Sources Sought for preventive maintenance, emergency diagnostics, and repairs of two Mitsubishi production robots at the Lancaster CMOP in Lancaster, TX. The contractor must provide sufficient, competent, qualified personnel who follow current manufacturer manuals and checklists, including the Mitsubishi Industrial Robot Instruction Manual and preventive maintenance checklist. Interested vendors should be able to confirm whether they have been licensed or certified on this equipment and provide past historical references for similar service. Responses should include company points of contact, SAM Unique ID, and a capability statement and may be emailed to the specified VA contact. This RFI does not obligate VA to release a solicitation or award a contract.
