Project requirements: This requirement is for CONTRACTOR TO RENOVATE MANUAL AREA at the Murfreesboro CMOP (Elam Farms), Project Number: 764-24-101 INTRODUCTION The purpose of this synopsis is to notify Small businesses (SB) that NCO 15 will be soliciting a requirement as a total Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside under NAICS 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building. Construction project is for a licensed contractor to renovate the Manual Area at the Murfreesboro CMOP (Elam Farms). CONSTRUCTION PROJECT The Contractor shall provide all necessary services to meet the program objectives and requirements and to provide the required outcome in terms of overall quality, timeliness, and documentation, per Construction Documents & Specifications titled Murfreesboro CMOP Building Acquisition Minor VA Project Number: 764-24-101. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining and coordinating the services of all Sub-Contractors performing other services on site and other entities as part of the contract to ensure the expected quality, timely, and documented final product. NCO 15 will release a solicitation with a response date of 11/26/2025 1500 CST.
