The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to procure two specific pharmaceutical items for delivery to its CMOP facility in Tucson, Arizona. The delivery timeframe is 10 days after receipt of order. The requirement is set aside for small businesses, and vendors must submit a valid state wholesale distributor license with their quote to verify compliance with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act. Required submission documents include a signed SF1449, a price schedule in Excel, the distributor license, and a Buy American Act certificate. All solicitation packages must be submitted via email to the specified contracting officer.

The NCO 15 Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy(CMOP), Contracting office is conducting market research only to gain knowledge of potential qualified and/or domestic sources and is issuing this sources sought notice for both COLESTIPOL HCL 1GM TAB and DESONIDE 0.05% CREAM. Offers are not being solicited at this time. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request for information. Vendors are required to address the following questions to be considered a viable source for future needs; Can you meet the requirement as described in attached the Statement of Requirements?  Any responses to this sources sought must include an answer to all of the above question in order to adequately assess the capabilities of the marketplace in relation to the requirements of this procurement.
