The Southwest CMOP in Tucson requires temporary supplemental cooling due to an urgent failure of a facility air-conditioning unit on its production floor. The emergency stopgap is needed to protect personnel and product integrity during elevated heat conditions and to maintain timely, reliable medication fulfillment for veterans. The requirement includes rental of a 150-ton air-cooled chiller and a 140-ton air handler. This emergency sole-source acquisition is going to a service-disabled veteran-owned small business. The period of performance is 9/10/26 through 10/8/26.
