The NCO 15 Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy(CMOP), Contracting office is conducting market research only to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and is issuing this sources sought notice for the following Pharmaceuticals for the Tucson CMOP: ZOLPIDEM TARRTRATE 12.5MG SA TAB 100CT ZOLPIDEM TARRTRATE 6.25MG SA TAB, 100CT Vendors should identify: That they are properly licensed to distribute pharmaceuticals They are registered in SAM.gov Vendor SAM UEI # If a SD/VOSB, registered in VETCERT Any responses to this sources sought must include answers to all of the above questions in order to adequately assess the capabilities of the marketplace in relation to the requirements of this procurement. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. Vendor’s responses to this Sources Sought Notice will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information.
