See Statement of Work for deliverables. The NAICS Code for this project is 236220- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, size standard $45M. Estimated construction magnitude for this project is between $2M to $5M. This project is being solicited as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) set aside. Proposals received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures outlined in 762-22-101 Proposal Submittal Instructions. The solicitation has been amended to: Adjust proposal due date to 11 Sep 2024, 3:00pm Central; include vendor questions and answers; and include site visit information. SAM UEI Number: Those offerors not providing the documentation outlined in the "Instructions to Offerors" will be rated unacceptable to the terms of the solicitation. Project requirements: This requirement is for CONTRACTOR TO ADDRESS PHYSICAL SECURITY VULNERABILITIES at the Tucson CMOP, Project Number: 762-22-101 INTRODUCTION The purpose of this synopsis is to notify Small businesses (SB) that NCO 15 will be soliciting a requirement as a total Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside under NAICS 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building. Construction project is for a licensed contractor to Address Physical Security Vulnerabilities at Tucson CMOP. CONSTRUCTION PROJECT The Contractor shall provide all necessary services to meet the program objectives and requirements and to provide the required outcome in terms of overall quality, timeliness, and documentation, per Construction Documents & Specifications titled Tucson CMOP Building Acquisition Minor VA Project Number: 762-22-101. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining and coordinating the services of all Sub-Contractors performing other services on site and other entities as part of the contract to ensure the expected quality, timely, and documented final product. NCO 15 will release a solicitation with a response date of 9/6/2024 1500 CST.
