The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Answers to questions received: Does this need currently exist in the market? If so, is this office s need changing or staying the same as currently exists? Yes, we have a current lease, and nothing should be changing. Could the single floor requirement be relaxed for a full-building solution? We need a single, ground-level floor. What is the VA s anticipated Occupancy Date? The occupancy date will be around August 2024 Lease Term was listed up to 5 Years , would this be an annually appropriated lease? The lease is awarded for the whole period, so not extended every year like some government contracts. Want to confirm this is an administrative office use, without any medical component.
