The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) Contracting Office has a requirement to procure the items listed below for delivery to the Charleston CMOP at 4136 Carolina Commerce Parkway, Ladson, SC 29456. All responsible SDVOSBs may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Submit the quote via email to: renee.kreutzer@va.gov. The solicitation package (RFQ #36C77024Q0153) will post on March 25th, 2024 and close on April 1st, 2024 at 5:00PM CDT. These dates are subject to change. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. This is a total SDVOSB set-aside due to the SBA s waiver of NAICS 326111. Vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM. Vendor shall be registered in SAM and VetCert at time of quote submission. Vendor shall provide a sample (one case) to the CMOP facility by solicitation deadline for testing. Please see B.2 Statement of Requirement for more details regarding technical specifications and delivery schedule.
