The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 15, Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) Contracting Office has a requirement to procure the item(s) listed below for delivery to Hines CMOP to replenish stock. The Product Code for this procurement is 6505 (Drugs & Biologicals) and the NAICS code for this solicitation is 325412 (Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing). All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency.
