Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. The purpose of this sources sought announcement is to request responses from any business size interested and capable of providing operational supplies to all 8 Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) locations. This sources sought/RFI notice is part of market research and will be used to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Required Supplies Please see attached excel spreadsheet that contains all requested line items. Please return the spreadsheet completed in excel format. The attached list at each CMOP could change at time of solicitation – items could be added or removed to each CMOP’s list. Most of the items will be weekly deliveries. The 8 locations are: Leavenworth CMOP located in Leavenworth, KS Chelmsford CMOP located in Chelmsford, MA Tucson CMOP located in Tucson, AZ Dallas CMOP located in Lancaster, TX Murfreesboro CMOP located in Murfreesboro, TN (there are 2 locations in Murfreesboro) Hines CMOP located in Hines, IL Charleston CMOP located in North Charleston, SC Response Respondents to the sources sought/RFI notice MUST complete the attached excel spreadsheet. This Sources Sought/RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. The government is not obligated to issue a solicitation. All information received in response to this Sources Sought/RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought/RFI. Notice to Potential Offerors: All Offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM located on the web at www.sam.gov). Additionally, all SDVOSBs who respond to a solicitation as an SDVOSB must be registered with the Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) Registry located at Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov). All interested offerors (any business size) should submit information by email to Kelly.Mann@va.gov and should be received no later than 5:00 PM CT on January 22, 2024.
