The VHA NCO 15 Leavenworth, KS has a requirement for property management services for the Tucson CMOP. This procurement will be a Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The NAICS code is 561210 Facilities Support Services. The size standard is $47 million. The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation will be posted to the SAM Contract Opportunities website on or about January 9, 2024. This date is subject to change. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) to be eligible for award of a contract.
