The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified vendors who can provide the requirements identified in the accompanying Statement of Requirements. This is not a Request for Quote. This is not a solicitation. The VA is not currently seeking quotes/offers/proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. A solicitation may be issued at a later date. This notice does not restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract.
