Requirements: The Contractor shall pick up and deliver between 7:00am and 1:30pm every Monday on a weekly basis, fresh towels, mops, mats, rags, etc. in clean and serviceable condition as well as provide and exchange 4 linen containers to empty the weekly used items. The Government reserves the right to change delivery time or date giving the Contractor two (2) weeks prior notice except in cases of emergency. Upon notification of unsatisfactory items, the Contractor shall be required to replace items with acceptable quality as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours after notification of unacceptable status. Holidays (13) shall be scheduled for the convenience of the Government when Monday delivery is affected. It is the Contractor s responsibility to arrange the holiday schedule with the Contracting Officer s Representative (COR) at least two weeks prior to the holiday. In the absence of the COR, the Contractor shall contact the Contracting Officer. The Contractor shall be required to obtain approval from the COR prior to changing brand, manufacturer or quality of the items supplied. The Government reserves the right to refuse products that are of inferior quality to the original item agreed upon. The Contractor will be required to report to the front desk to obtain a visitor badge while on station and return the visitor badge upon completion of the visit, if required. The visitor badge shall always be worn, clearly displayed on an outer garment, and above the waist. Travel: The current delivery address is 5000 South 13th St, Leavenworth, KS 66048. However, due to potential relocation of the CMOP facility during the life of the contract, the location may move to an address within a 50-mile radius of the current location. The cost of travel to/and from the Leavenworth CMOP will be at the Contractor s expense, at no cost to the Government. LOGO Mats: CMOP has 2 sets of 4 Logo Mats. Two mats are placed at entry of the National CMOP Office. Two mats are placed at the entry of the production facility located across the street from the CMOP National Office. These mats will be required to be picked up and replaced for cleaning each Monday with the delivery of clean supplies. The rotation of these mats necessitates having a total of eight (8) logo mats. The Contractor will be required to provide the eight (8) logo mats two weeks after contract award with the required logos. The file for the logos are attached to this solicitation. Designs are attached: LOGO A1 (National CMOP Office) LOGO B1 (Leavenworth CMOP production facility) 4 ft. X 6 ft. Background color is dark blue, letters are grey, wheat stem gold Logo placement and letter size comparable to attached design.
