Offeror shall not provide Medicare only items in their quote. Offeror shall provide OEM authorized dealer or distributor documentation. Deviation to policy allows non-manufacturing vendors selling medical surgical supplies to satisfy the Gray Market Prevention language by providing letter of authorization from a manufacturer s authorized wholesaler/reseller via an authorization directly from the manufacturer.
