SOURCES-SOUGHT Notice Sources Sought Notice Page 4 of 4 SOURCES-SOUGHT NOTICE *=Required Field Sources Sought Notice Page 1 of 4 This is a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought announcement only. It is not a solicitation announcement. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. The purpose of this sources sought announcement is to request responses from qualified businesses and/or distributors interested and capable of providing the following items: RADIOGARDASE (PRUSSIAN BLUE) INSOLUBLE 500MG CAPSULE NDC: 58060-0002-02 size: 36 capsules per bottle Quantity: 12810 bottles CRITERIA: Expiration 2025 or beyond; Fewest number lots possible The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 325412 (Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing). This sources-sought notice is part of market research and will be used to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Requirements: The above listed pharmaceutical is required by and to be delivered to: Hines CMOP 5th and Roosevelt Hines, Illinois, 60141-3030. Prussian Blue (tradename: RADIOGARDASE) is a drug to help speed up the body s elimination of certain metals or chemical elements. It works by trapping radioactive cesium and thallium in the intestines to keep them from being absorbed by the body. Response Respondents to the sources sought notice must provide a copy of their Prescription Drug Wholesale Distributor license, and any other documentation for the Government to determine that your company possesses all that is necessary to compete and complete this potential acquisition. Responses to this notice shall include the following: (a) company name (b) address (c) point of contact (d) phone, fax, and email (e) number of employees as defined by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 19.10 and (f) System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number. This RFI/Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. The government is not obligated to issue a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI/Sources Sought that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI/Sources Sought. Notice to Potential Offerors: All Offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) located on the web at www.sam.gov.  Additionally, all SDVOSB or VOSB who respond to should be certified by the Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) All interested offerors should submit information by email to terri.traul@va.gov.  All RFI submissions shall be received by 5PM CST on Wednesday, JULY 26, 2023.
