This sources-sought notice is part of market research and will be used to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Requirements: The above listed pharmaceutical is required by Hines CMOP located at 5th and Roosevelt, Hines, Illinois, 60141-3030. Prussian Blue (tradename: RADIOGARDASE) is a drug to help speed up the body s elimination of certain metals or chemical elements. It works by trapping radioactive cesium and thallium in the intestines to keep them from being absorbed by the body. Expiration date of 2025 or beyond; Fewest number lots, possible Response Respondents to the sources sought notice must provide a copy of their Prescription Drug Wholesale Distributor license, and any other documentation for the Government to determine that your company possesses all that is necessary to compete and complete this potential acquisition. Responses to this notice shall include the following: (a) company name (b) address (c) point of contact (d) phone, fax, and email (e) number of employees as defined by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 19.10 and (f) System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number.
