These gel packs will help keep the temperature of the medications being shipped at an acceptable temperature as it is being shipped to veteran patients. It is critical that these gel packs be individually partitioned for quick "flat freezing 7x 5.5" 12 OZ 48 per case. Also, the box needs to be designed to have slots to allow gel packs to be frozen quicker and more evenly throughout the box. We are requesting delivery in truckload bundles of (1152 coolers) this is a seasonal item, we request delivery once a month, from (1 November 31 March) then (1 April 31 Oct) we request delivery (1152 coolers) every other week. Because our usage outpaces our delivery quantities, we request an additional delivery in back-to-back weeks every 6 weeks. This would be coordinated with the vendor when required.
