D.1 STATEMENT OF WORK CHARLESTON-CMOP OPERATION SUPPLY 11/8/2022 The Charleston Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy(CMOP). As a provider of outpatient pharmaceutical services to twenty-two VA Medical Centers and associated community clinics, Charleston CMOP dispenses approximately 100,000 prescriptions daily for direct to patient delivery by various mail carriers. Charleston CMOP operates two shifts, five days per week, and employs 330 staff members. The operational supplies required in this SOW are for specialized packing label that is used at the Charleston CMOP. OBJECTIVES The Charleston CMOP requires a vendor to supply operational supplies on a weekly basis in the quantities required to support the mission. The vendor will need to demonstrate the ability to provide an uninterrupted source of supply to support the CMOP.
