PURPOSE: This is a Request for Information(RFI)/Sources Sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The NCO 15 Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy(CMOP), Contracting office is conducting market research only to gain knowledge of potential Small Business qualified sources to include SDVOSBs & VOSBs and is issuing this Sources Sought Notice for the following item: Blank White Direct Thermal Fan-Folded Paper (8 x4 ); Item/Stock # TTP-48-FF, Item ID# #2903 Perforated, fan-folded on every other perforation, 8 between folds with black ink printer specific timing mark on back at each perforation, continuous fan-folded, fits Datamax printer DMX-H-8308X Quantity: 6,720 cases, package: 500 per case Delivery: 960 cases per delivery: 12/9/2022 12/28/22 01/18/22 02/06/22 02/24/22 03/15/22 03/31/22 Option One: will start in April 2023 for additional 6,720 cases delivery dates will be provided approximately 30 days before option is exercised Option Two: will start in August 2023 for additional 6,720 cases Delivery dates will be provided approximately 30 days before option is exercised To be considered, vendors must: Be registered in Sam.gov under NAICS code 325992 (Photo-Film, Paper, Plate & Chem. Manufacturing) Offers are not being solicited at this time. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request for information.
