The NCO 15 Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy(CMOP), Contracting office is conducting market research for a brand specific items to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and is issuing this sources sought notice for the following parts from SMC Corporation of America; US24404 SMC CQS SPECIAL CYLINDER NCY3B15-0975-DUP0881 TOTE DIVERTERS FOR TOTE LINE To be considered vendors shall be considered either a; An Authorized Distributor of the Manufacturer for the item An Authorized Distributor of a Reseller whom is a Authorized Distributor of the Manufacturer of the item and can provide a Letter of Authorization from the Manufacturer showing them as an Authorized Distributor Offers are not being solicited at this time. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request for information. Vendors are required to address the following questions to be considered a viable source for future needs; Are you a manufacturer of the Item being requested? Yes or No If not the manufacturer: Can you provide a letter of authorization from the manufacturer showing you are a Authorized Distributor of the manufacturer? Yes or No Can you provide a letter showing you are Authorized Distributor of an Authorized Reseller whom can provide a letter showing they are an Authorized Distributor of the manufacturer? Yes or No Any responses to this sources sought must include answers to all of the above questions in order to adequately assess the capabilities of the marketplace in relation to the requirements of this procurement.
