The purpose of this sources sought announcement is to request responses from qualified businesses (large and small) interested and capable of providing a 38mm Convertible Child Resistant Cap (CRC), 120cc plastic amber bottles, and 250cc plastic amber bottles. A response offering only one size of bottle would be acceptable. If found that your response looks acceptable, the Government may request samples to be sent to one or more of the following Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) locations below.
