Deviation to policy allows non-manufacturing vendors selling medical surgical supplies to satisfy the Gray Market Prevention language by providing letter of authorization from a manufacturer s authorized wholesaler/reseller via an authorization directly from the manufacturer. Vendors that fail to submit a copy of their state license and the OEM authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller documentation shall be deemed unresponsive.
