The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 Contracting Office has a requirement to procure the item(s) listed below for delivery to the CMOP facility (Elam Farms Parkway location) in Murfreesboro, TN: Line item Description Quantity PKG 1 COPY PAPER - 8.5 x 11 , 30% post-consumer material, white, 92 brightness, 20lb, letter, reamed (500ct), engineered for high-speed copiers & laser printers **Please see (B.2 Statement of Requirements) in the solicitation for complete description of technical requirements. This item is to be used to print Patient Information Letters (PILs) to accompany prescription mail-outs** 3,840 CS The Product Code for this solicitation is 7510 (Office Supplies) and the NAICS is 325992 (Photographic Film, Paper, Plate, and Chemical Manufacturing). Due to class waiver for this NAICS and Product Code, the solicitation will be set-aside to eligible SDVOSB vendors only. All open market SDVOSB vendors may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Submit the RFQ and any questions via email to renee.kreutzer@va.gov . Solicitation package (RFQ #36C77021Q0105) shall be posted on Contract Opportunities (Beta.Sam.gov) on or around 6 November 2020 and will close no later than 5PM CST on 9 November 2020. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. It is the offeror s responsibility to monitor Contract Opportunities (Beta.Sam.gov) for changes or amendments. Please provide Letter of Authorization or Supply to satisfy Gray Market Language. Must have active registration in SAM and Vendor Information Pages (VIP). Delivery needed 7 days ARO with FOB Destination.
