All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. It is the offeror s responsibility to monitor beta.sam.gov for changes or amendments. It will be an unrestricted procurement.
