Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses interested and capable of providing Refrigeration/Freezer/AC preventative maintenance and emergency repair services to the Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) facility located in Lancaster, TX. This RFI/Sources Sought is part of the market research being conducted to locate qualified, experienced and interested potential sources for supporting the CMOP. Based on market research, the Government will determine whether or not the requirement warrants a set aside for small business and the overall acquisition strategy and socioeconomic set-aside possibilities to address regulatory requirements concerning Veterans First requirements. For the purpose of this RFI/Sources Sought announcement, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 with a size standard of $15M. SERVICES Services include quarterly inspection and preventative maintenance as well as periodic and emergency repair services for reach-in coolers, reach-in freezers, and air conditioning units in server rooms. For emergency service requirements, the contractor must be able to be on-site at the CMOP facility within two hours of notification without exception. RESPONSE What is your socio-economic status? Provide timeframes for responding to on-site service calls for routine and emergency repairs. Provide information and all licenses and certifications of your technicians providing the above referenced services. Provide information on your processes in communicating emergency services after-hours, to include nights, weekends and holidays. Provide any additional information concerning your ability to provide refrigeration/freezer/AC maintenance and repair services.
