NCO 15 CMOP (Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy) is issuing a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for commercial products in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.1. The products sought are pharmaceuticals. No offers are requested by this announcement; all responses shall be solely in the form of information. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government is under no obligation to issue a solicitation or to award any contract based on this SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. Further, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals or any cost or pricing data. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. All costs associated with responding to this SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE will be the sole responsibility of the contractor. All submissions will be treated as business confidential materials, become Government property, and will not be returned. Contractors are responsible for regularly monitoring www.FBO.gov the Federal Business Opportunities website for the posting of any specific solicitations for any combination of these pharmaceuticals.
