This is a sources-sought market survey, not a solicitation, seeking vendors capable of providing on-site Medical Physicists services to the Minneapolis VA Health Care System. The requirement calls for two full-time Medical Physicists—one designated Senior/Chief Physicist to oversee medical physics and dosimetry and one additional physicist to assist—supporting the radiation oncology physics program. The contractor must meet or exceed radiation oncology guidelines and technical standards from ACR, ASTRO, and AAPM and provide evidence of compliance. Performance will be at MVAHCS, 1 Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417, under a 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods. The VA seeks all potentially interested sources, including SDVOSB/VOSB and other small or large businesses, with relevant Medical Physicists services experience.
