The contractor must provide full-service maintenance for 16 GE/OHMEDA anesthesia units and 16 compact airway monitors at the Omaha VA, including all labor, transportation, OEM parts, test equipment, tools, expertise, and trace gas testing. The agreement must include at least two scheduled preventive maintenance inspections per year, with parts replacement as described in the OEM service manual. The base coverage period is 1 Nov 2026 through 31 Oct 2027, with four option years.
