The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23, intends to award a sole-source contract to Hologic, Inc. for Panther System Software License and Panther system maintenance. The Panther system is proprietary and may only be licensed by Hologic, Inc. Performance will occur at multiple Veterans Affairs facilities within the VISN 23 area. Although this is a notice of intent and not a request for quotations, responsible sources may submit a capability statement with supporting documentation to Contract Officer Marie Weathers at marie.weathers@va.gov. Information received will be used solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement, and no solicitation will be issued.
