NCO 23 seeks a brand-name-only Karl Storz Video Integration System Support & Service IDIQ for the VISN 23 VA Healthcare System, with details in SF1449 Sections B.2–B.3. The acquisition will use FAR 12.201-1 simplified procedures and comparative evaluation under provision 52.212-2.
