Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a design-build project to correct safety and access deficiencies at the Grand Island VA Medical Center in Grand Island, Nebraska. The project has an estimated magnitude between $500,000 and $1,000,000 and is a total 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The anticipated period of performance is 60 calendar days for the design phase and 198 total calendar days for design and construction from contract award. The scope includes demolishing and replacing various stairs, ramps, handrails, and concrete to meet ADA standards at multiple building entrances, along with other site repairs. The selected contractor must provide a fully integrated design-build team with licensed architectural, engineering, and construction professionals.
