The contractor must furnish all personnel, supplies, and facilities to collect, process, store, and deliver human blood components and derivatives, with apheresis services performed under the ordering physician’s written orders. All products are for human administration, and the blood/blood products are considered domestic because they are drawn and processed in the United States.
