The contractor will update The Joint Commission Statement of Conditions and life safety drawings for the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System. Work must comply with the Joint Commission Hospital Physical Environment Document List and Review Tool, NFPA standards, and the most current VHA Joint Commission Clarification Document. The contractor will also identify NFPA 101-2024 (or later) Life Safety Code deficiencies in accordance with NFPA 101, NFPA 99, the current Joint Commission Clarification Document, and the VA modified Document List and Review Tool.
