The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified contractors to provide storage, delivery, installation, repair, and pick-up of government-owned durable medical equipment for beneficiaries within the VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System catchment area. Services must be performed within 20 miles of each VA medical center, with a storage facility located in the county or a border county of each VAMC. The contractor must be available for standard deliveries within three working days and within 24 hours for emergencies, with work hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The contractor must accept government purchase card payments and meet Joint Commission accreditation standards.
