This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Beckman Coulter Life Sciences for maintenance and software updates of a specific flow cytometry system. The services will be performed at the Omaha VA Health Care System. Interested vendors who believe they can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement for consideration. Any such information must be submitted by 10:00 am Central on March 31, 2026. The government will review submissions to determine if competitive procurement is possible.
