Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole-source contract to Applied Spectral Imaging Inc. for a supply or service. Interested parties may express interest by submitting a capabilities statement. The government will only consider a determination not to proceed with the sole-source award if it receives clear evidence of another capable source. If no viable responses are received, the VA will negotiate solely with the named company.
