This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to PROAIM AMERICAS, LLC for the maintenance and recalibration of specific Carl Zeiss microscopes for the Nebraska-Western Iowa VA Health Care System. The government believes only one source is reasonably available to provide these required services. While this is not a solicitation, interested vendors who believe they can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement for consideration. Any such information must be submitted by 5:00 PM on March 9, 2026. The performance location is the Nebraska-Western Iowa VA Health Care System.
