Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Fargo VA Medical Center requires the purchase, delivery, and installation of a new portable reverse osmosis water purification system for its Dialysis unit. The system must be a brand name or equal to the Evoqua W3T591409 Kit and include a specified booster pump kit, with all work performed by a vendor-trained representative. Services must be delivered to the Fargo VA Medical Center location. This is a firm-fixed price contract requiring the contractor to provide all necessary shipping, installation, accessories, and consumables. The contractor is responsible for a joint inspection upon delivery and for replacing any missing or damaged items at no cost to the government.
