This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract to Agiliti Health Inc. for on-site ablation equipment and technical assistance at the Omaha NE VA Hospital. The contractor must provide a qualified technician and all necessary mobile equipment to support Microwave Ablation and Cryoablation procedures during normal business hours. Payment will be an all-inclusive unit price per procedure. While this is a notice of intent, interested vendors may submit a capability statement by email for the government's review to potentially compete the requirement.
