The contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment to repair, remove, replace, and completely refurbish all windows in Building 10 at the St. Cloud, Minnesota VA campus. Work must comply with the scope of work, specifications, drawings, contract documents, and all applicable federal, state, and local codes. The construction must minimize impact on VA services and coordinate with other contractors on site. Certain SAM representations, such as Affirmative Action Compliance and commercial item certifications, are not considered for award decisions and need not be updated.
