PN: 636-26-502, Replace CLC Flooring (GI)
This project involves providing all labor, management, and materials to replace existing carpet and base with Luxury Vinyl Plank and new Rubber Cove Base on the 2nd and 3rd floors of Building 1. The contractor must verify all measurements and dimensions, as existing blueprints are only approximate. Before beginning work, the contractor is required to inspect the area and submit an Existing Site Conditions report with photos to the Contracting Officer for review. The contractor must match existing conditions at each location and is responsible for repairing any excessive damage caused by removal or installation of materials. Performance will be at Building 1, 2nd and 3rd floors.
