This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside for a firm fixed-price contract to upgrade the campus-wide fire alarm system at the VA Black Hills Health Care System in Fort Meade, South Dakota. The project magnitude is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The period of performance is a non-negotiable 670 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, which includes an initial 3-month period for required background checks and training.
