The Contractor shall include all licensing, software, hardware, mounting solutions, labor, materials, tools, parts, equipment, associated components, testing, training, technical support, maintenance, repair and project management services (including travel and expenses) required to implement and support Omnicell Windows XTE and Server upgrades at medical centers throughout the VA Midwest Healthcare Network (VISN 23): Fort Meade and Hot Springs, Central Iowa, Fargo, Iowa City, Sioux Falls, St. Cloud. The upgrade is needed due to the hardware limits of the existing cabinet consoles that are unable to provide future support of newer, and a more secure operating system and maintain approved security and Windows updates.
