Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 Network Contracting Office 23 (NCO 23) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ), 36C26325Q0811, to establish a five (5) year medical waste pickup service contract for VA Health Care System Saint Cloud, Minnesota. This firm-fixed-price solicitation is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and the corresponding NAICS Code is 562211. Offerors are to follow the instructions in RFQ document 36C26325Q0811. An itemized quote as well as sufficient technical supporting documentation is mandatory. It is in the best interest of the vendor to read the solicitation in its entirety. The supporting documentation required to be completed will be used to determine whether the quoted service for this requirement meets the salient characteristic need of the solicitation.
