Signed SF30s for any amendments issued 4. Descriptive literature if brand name or equal 5. Documentation of factory certified service/maintenance training on the specific equipment under the terms of this solicitation. 6. Letter of authorization from OEM in accordance with VAAR 852.212-71 Gray Market and Counterfeit Items -This authorization letter must be from the OEM to your company not a subcontractor. 7.
